Sophia left Dhaka for Singapore on Wednesday evening, while participating in an event titled 'Take Talk With Sofia' in the afternoon. In less than 24 hours, this robot reached the top of the social networking conversation in Dhaka.
The centerpiece of everyone was the centerpiece of Robot Sofia. But the amount of money spent on bringing Sofia to Bangladesh started with a lot of confusion. Many people criticized Facebook for claiming that Sofia was brought to the cost of 10 to 12 million taka.

We will have to move forward to build digital Bangladesh without hearing those rumors. Islami Bank Bangladesh sponsored the full cost of bringing Sofia to Bangladesh.
In this regard, Islami Bank chairman Aarat Khan Jago told News, "Islami Bank always emphasizes education in science and modern technology. As part of this, Islami Bank has sponsored Robot Sofia to appear in Bangladesh. A few thousand students came to the digital world to see the robot. They got encouragement. We have taken many ideas about modern technology and science.
Asked about how much money was spent to bring robot Sofia to Bangladesh, Aarta Khan said, 'How much do you think? It has been brought at a very low cost. That is not your idea. Without giving specific amount of money, he said, "Robot Sophia has cost less than one crores."
