This was my first time to stand up paddle board on Tien's river, located in Tien Giang province of Viet Nam.
My friend is originally from an international tourguide, he has taken part in this field and guided tourists so many times before. On the occassion of my friend's wedding, we decided to enjoy that moment to save our day.
I was seized with hydrophobia when I was a child, that is why I cannot swim under the water. I plucked up all my courage to put on the board with a scary feeling of falling into the river. My friend did not let me paddle, he said that I will sit in fornt of the board and just enjoy every moment, the rest of thing he will handle.
Admittedly, I was stunned by the humble beauty on both sides of branch. This river has a lot of branches and we were sailling on one of that. The surface of the waters was just likely the mirrow reflecting all images above.We had to stop and turn back to the main river because of Eichhornia Crassipes plant. That plant grows up too fast creating a huge range of barrier, therefore our paddle boards could not cross.
We happily turned back, sailed up the main river with a lot of efforts to go on shore. It took us over 1 hour to sail under the hot of summer, but it is very worthy of speding time.
