Improving on what we try to do.
I think the purchase of the cheapest cards is a good thing. It might not be the best thing to just go with those. Above 500 for the common luck cards I think is a fair value per luck.

Increasing the delegation to Ecency will be done. Does anyone want to give suggestions on how much HP we should place there for the Liquid reward? A minimum or Maximum.
That delegation obviously helps Ecency or it would stop working. There are also places that you can bid for some delegation to your account.
So I was thinking for RS players and in general. We could possibly rent out some HP. RS active players, would get a reduction on the cost of HP. Terms would need to be met for this reduction. Like plays the game daily. Include other reasonable conditions you can come up with.
This I see can be done in two ways at the same time. We could set a rate to compete with other offers on the markets.
Minimum Terms 1 month or 4 weeks.
10 HP could have a common card thrown in.
50 HP a RARE.
*250 HP an Epic.
These cards would be supplied by market purchase of cards.
We would need to place caps on card returns and limits per account While we establish this area.
