Guy Fawkes is sold to us as a rebel who tried to bring down the establishment but actually when you look at the history, the government of England at the time was rebelling against the Catholic Church (the power elite of the time) and Guy Fawkes was employed as a mercenary by the Catholic Church to bring down, what, the Establishment , saw as a rogue state. When the FBI infiltrated anon in 2012 once again the establishment used the mask of Guy Fawkes to act as revolutionaries. Nothing is black and white. Not everybody who wears a mask tonight fights for the same cause.
