Changetly and ShaftShift - the old-time instant services - have been completely useless to Steem or SBD owners for well over a year.
The Solution
I just tried @OnePageX - Nice service guys!
I was expecting a horrible exchange rate or fee as were things with the aforementioned doxxers. I was pleasantly surprised by OnePageX.com
Great Exchange rate, speedy, with way higher deposit limits. I know I am slow to find this site, but better late than never.
Changing crypto to crypto is a simple matter.

Crypto was first adopted to skirt the overstep of many governments, and to help people to send money from country to country without donating 10% or more to companies like Western Union, Xoom, and others.
Banks are disruptive by nature, being slow, costly, and inefficient.
Steem, Dash, and other reliable coins disrupt the banks, kings and presidents, which slow down the world, complicating it to no end.
Stuffing Crypto into Banking Mentality
It is difficult to watch the investment bankers, wall street, and futures traders take over freedom oriented money. They want seamless paper to digital solutions (not necessary). Then the authorities step in to say, "Woah, wait a minute! We need your Social inSecurity number and photo ID first. Go ahead and give us your finger prints and DNA while you are at it."
There is no room for KYC or proving identity in the crypto world. Digital coins are not dirty money and they do not need to be laundered. If you want to pay taxes or wait three weeks for a money transfer ...
We must claw for freedom as entities try to centralize everything.
