Shivers is a first person adventure game by Sierra that has been compared to games like Myst and especially 7th Guest. This type of first person spooky adventure game seemed to be very popular in the mid to late 1990s. While it did get pretty good reviews it never seemed to get the notoriety of some of the other games of this type though it has become somewhat of a cult classic. But if Shivers wasn't very popular, Sierra made up with Phantasmagoria which actually came out just the month before this one.
