With all respect, but I don't agree with your quote. Women are indeed special, as they are our mothers, sister and beloved wives. And I believe rapers should be punished hard. But by roaming around naked you don't respect yourself and don't respect the people around you. You can be as naked as you want behind the closed doors, but once you go outside you should follow rules. It applies to men and women. We can't behave as animals and we can't enforce other people our morals. So please, keep your clothes on next time you go outside.
