The situation has come about where I need to leave San Francisco for an indefinite length of time. I figured one way I could give back to the Steemit/Blockchain/Crypto community would be to post my San Francisco sublet advert here and not over on Craigslist or some other service. Plus, I am also hoping to find a young developer/coder who really needs this opportunity. I am hoping this advert finds you, and I can help someone out just as so many helped me out when I was getting started in tech 20 some years ago.

Interviews can be conducted by Skype if we can't meet in person before I leave.

The Building
The building is located at 401 Hyde Street, on the corner of Ellis - https://goo.gl/maps/AJdbPWUBxLN2. The building itself is pretty much what you would expect from a Tenderloin apt building. It's old, its slowly falling apart, and the owners are literally waiting for the next earthquake. However, the building owner has upgraded the fire alarms and electrical within the past 5 years. The pest problems are seasonal. Landlord does address these issues promptly. Mattress is sealed in "bed bug bag", and I spray regularly for roaches.

The Unit
Unit 201 is a on the second floor, and is facing hyde street. This means that its loud. Nothing that someone coming from or having experience with NYC would find out of the ordinary, but if you are a light sleeper I would suggest looking elsewhere. The couch, tables, and bed along with new sheets, bedding, and towels will be included with this rental. The little stuff will be stuffed away.

The situation would be perfect for someone who is new to the city. Perhaps just starting a new tech job, and needs some affordable stability, fast. You literally can move in with your suitcase and be good to go for a couple months helping us both out!

Main Room
I just primed and painted the walls, and all the trim. Professional cleaners were hired to clean afterwards Recent touchup work was done this week.

The Kitchen
The first thing that makes this "Studio" unique to most of the studios out there on the market is the full dine in kitchen.

Windows open up to a fire escape that overlooks Hyde Street. Great place to hang out and watch the never ending street theater.

420 friendly, and the gas burners are perfect for your dab needs. Please remember to turn them off. One of the drawers is jacked, and needs to be fixed. Since the building manager doesn't do much in fixing stuff. I haven't gotten to it. Perhaps if you do, we can take it off the rent.

The Bathroom
Bathroom was sanded, primed, and painted 2 months ago. New shower curtains, and towels.

The "Bedroom" / Walk-in Closet

In order to maximize the amount of space within the unit i opted to put the bed in the walk-in closet. If you choose to move the bed into the main room.. Go for it.

The Closet in Question (TO BE UPDATED FREQUENTLY)

Here is the other closet. It currently has a bunch of my crap in it. I would like to eventually move it out to a storage facility, but I am just running out of time. But the status of this will be updated frequently. It may be cleaned out by the time you move in. It might not be. This is TBD as the situation is fluid.
