Sometimes we need to rest!

Unfortunately the burn out become more and more widerspread in our life. Especially people, who working in the social-sector suffer most often statistical in burn out.

Burn out describes personal crisis, that can start from inconspicuous symptoms and end with fully incapacity for work or even suicide. It always goes with emotional exhaustion and a feeling of physical and mental overload. As cause for burn out is often negative stress.

To avoid that we have to relax, rest and especially conscious relaxation!
