Red Pepper Antipasto/Salad
My Sister's recipe which is a delicious and easy, vegetarian antipasto. Can be used as a bruschetta topper, spread on Sandwiches or simply eaten alone as a side dish or salad! Easily customizable to your own preferences! This dish seems to get eaten up before I get to finish making it!! Lol!!
