My summer lunch

Raw materials:

how much will the garden
bean green
a few
potato
according to taste
a carrot
1 smaller piece
zucchini
several sheets
fresh cabbage
according to taste
onion
not much
garlic
who's how much they eat (or hot peppers)

vegetables by season
tomatoes
spinach
leaf bay
fresh basil
cheese
yogurt
dill

Method of preparation

I sprinkle a little on the onion oil, add a green bean, decorate and water, clean the carrot and spread, then the cabbage and the potatoes, when the vegetables soften add zucchini and leaf spinach and possibly other crispy vegetables, if I think water, not a lot, the top layer is boiling in pare. When the vegetables are soft to your liking, I pour the broth on the plate, put the chopped tomato with the basil, the cheese, and the like. I put the soft vegetables on the second plate, and the beans and the potatoes are still a little bit crispy. I have a complete lunch within one hour. Whoever has meat can add there. I just need yoghurt with finely chopped garlic.
