SLOW COOKER PULLED PORK

This slow cooker pulled pork is amazing, you just toss in all of the ingredients with no pre-cooking required…my kind of recipe! Who knew that such a small amount of effort could be so delicious! You will have plenty of time to take care of the things you need to do while your dinner is cooking on it’s own.

I am a huge fan of pulled pork and would have this every night if I could…sometimes I do with what’s left over but that’s okay right?!

I’m new to cooking and cooking with a slow cooker but I am loving it so far, the slow cookers meals have been one of my favorites. I am a huge fan of the simple prep, few ingredients and little effort meals! When my husband I got married everyone kept telling us to register for a slow cooker and now I can see why, it is the best thing ever!

PREP 5 minutes | COOK 8 hours | TOTAL 8 hours 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

• 2 – 2.5 lbs. boneless pork loin
• 1/2 onion sliced
• 1 Tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/2 16 oz. bottle BBQ sauce (or more to your liking)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
• 1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on medium for 6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
  3. Shred the pork
  4. Serve on hamburger buns (I used bread the first time since I forgot to get buns!)

And that is the entire recipe! I kid you not, this is such a very easy slow cooker recipe!
