Cooking with Ana: Strudel :)

You can make strudel with poppy seeds, jam, walnuts. I did all three today. It's not much hard and the most important thing is to eat it quickly :)

You need it for the dough
500 g flour
1 bag of yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
a little salt
250ml of lukewarm milk
1 sachet vanilla sugar
2 eggs
Orange peel

Making process

In 250 ml of milk, add salt, sugar and flour and leave it to stand for 15 minutes.

When the yeast has arrived, add it to 500 g of flour, add the other ingredients (egg, vanilla sugar and ordered orange peel) and combine everything (it is best by hand).
Leave the dough for an hour.

When the dough has risen, divide it into 4 balls. Leave for another 15 min.
After 15 minutes, spread the balls and coat the dough with the desired spread.


When you make the strudel before baking, coat it with egg and yogurt.

Bake at 200 C.
