CAJUN CHICKEN WITH CHILLI LIME AND AVOCADO

Low carbs, protein-packed paleo Cajun chicken that is speedy to prepare and packed full of flavor.
INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts
1 avocado – cubed
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
a pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 long green chilli – seeded and sliced
2 tablespoons of fresh chives – chopped
olive oil spray
steamed green beans
METHOD
Slice up chicken breasts and coat with cayenne and paprika.
In a bowl, combine avocado, chives, chilli and lime.
Season and put to the side.
In a frypan over a high flame, cook oiled chicken till tender and cooked through.
Serve with salad and steamed beans.
