Suge Knight, former CEO of Death Row Records, was indicted in LA County, or formally brought an accusation against in trial, for threatening Straight Outta Compton Director, F. Gary Gary via text message on Aug 6, 2014 for his portrayal of Knight in the 2015 movie. Knight is already behind bars regarding another case relating the hit movie that grossed $200 million. In January 2015, Knight was accused of murder charges for running over Terry Carter on the set of Straight Outta Compton. Knight was also arrested in 2014 with comedian Katt Williams for a connection to an armed robbery.
