Golden Hadith's
1."Allah says: Every deed of the son of Adam is for him, except for fasting; it is for me and I shall reward for it.fasting is a shield and when one of you is fasting he should avoid foul speech and quarrelling. If somebody should fight or quarrel with him, he should say I am fasting. Saheeh- Bukharin no.1904
2." Whoever does not give up false speech and acting upon it, Allah has no need of his giving up his food and drink. Saheeh- Bukhari no.1903.
