Lady Says A Black Woman Threw Acid On Her Face, But Confessed The Story Isn't True

Earlier this week Lizzie Dunn, from Staten Island told police that a black woman threw some sort of homemade acid in her face on her way to the bus stop.

According to her initial statement, a woman came up to her and asked her for some change and when Dunn told her no and sorry, the lady grabbed her and sprayed her with acid.

After this fake attack, Dunn went into a deli nearby and asked an employee to call 911.

Andrew Kenwood, was working at the deli at the time and he told NBC that she was banging hysterically and that her face was so bad it looked like her face was melted off.

After police investigation, truth came to light and showed that her story had in fact been a lie. They found out her wounds were self-inflicted and that she has done this before. She then admitted to police that she had in fact fabricated the story.
