One word answer? Yes!
There is no right time to buy BTC, when you buy it, that is the right time.
BTC has been bullish recently (as of Nov 2017) but, that won’t hold much I think, as I think this run is only due to the hard forks to come. But I can be wrong.
My personal case, I hold a certain amount of BTC, which I won’t sell until I really need the money. Because I not only believe in taking profit, but also believe in the future it assures.
But before investing, do remember the basic rule of investment, “Only invest what you can afford to lose”. Why I say that? Because, it is very volatile, and some people tends to get impatient, and sell in breakeven or sometimes even in loss.
