Why won't this channel load?

I'm trying to watch Leon on Viceland. It will not load. So I'm watching Star Wars: A New Hope on TNT.

I used to think it was because one was so much more popular than the other, but I think their servers can handle streaming all their channels. This happens frequently. And it isn't always the same channel. Why does one channel stream perfectly while another channel on the same provider (DirecTV Now) fail? Is it Viceland's fault? AT&T's? User volume?

I'd rather be watching Leon.
