Why is the QQQ "Silly Con Valley" Cali tracking vehicle making a lower high even as the Nasdaq (COMPX) is making a higher high? And why is QQQ a tracking index for Silly Conn Valley, Cali? A box of candy bars will be sent to anyone who can explain why. I'd give you STEEM shit...but I ainn got any. :-)
