With this type of internet situation they can only really try to steer things and there is a ton of data to look threw. When things are ripe they will bring in the biggest names they can find attached to the situations when googling and it's pretty clear who will be selected. That march on April 7th didn't quite make headlines but all the "All Stars" were at the event and it seems they were able to get into meet the president.
