I've seen that ink blot several times in the psychology area. To me, it's clearing 2 bears performing a high five. There's nothing else that it can be.
The first time I saw it was in Fallout New Vegas and I remember being so frustrated that "two bears clapping" was not in the answer selection choice.
Tell me, am I the only one seeing this or do you see something else?
