I want to advertise for POB. I have 9 YouTube channels where I have 7 years of experience creating videos. As a reference to something I've come up with, some of you saw the commercial I did for my buddy's and my business (beard balm). For those who didn't, here's the link:

I have 2 editors who take care of my video editing for my YouTube channels. One charges me $10/hour and the other $6/hour (I know...great prices, right!?!). It usually costs between $40-$50 just for editing, not to mention my own time. Advertising via YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook varies in cost, but a set amount can be spent for exposure (cost per thousand views) or per click (cost per click). I've had several campaigns before for my own businesses, but I could try out putting out a video for a platform and see how it goes. The only site I have with a referral link is through ecency. If you know of another site with an affiliate link, let me know and that will be the link I use. It's the best way I know of that would track conversions from an ad.
In a discussion with @insight.pob, here: @insight.pob/taking-the-community-to-the-next-level-lets-expand-the-community-ourselves in the comments, I discussed making a commercial for POB. He said they would find a way to compensate for the ad, if aired of course. So before I go off on my own to make an ad, what are some script ideas you have for an ad? Put them in a comment below starting with the word "Script:" so that I can quickly find those comments.
Here's one idea:
Script: "You think you have a brain? Prove it...Proof of Brain, where you get paid to prove you have one...on the Hive blockchain"
It was the first thing I thought of, but it doesn't sound so bad...Give me some of your ideas and upvote the comment that you like the best. Perhaps I'll turn it into a commercial. There will have to be enough comments for it to make sense, so if you can't come up with an idea on your own, participate by reblogging this post. This will hopefully get it in front of someone with a great idea.

I paid $500 to take a 6 week voiceover class in Hollywood last year, in the thick of covid...it was great. All I'm saying is I think I can handle recording a video and I think I can make it funny, but I need ideas that everyone thinks is funny, so this is where the storyboard comes in...post your ideas, even if you think it's dumb. Dumb can be really funny.
