Yesterday was eventful and very memorable. After spending two hours wandering around Cambridge I finally located @starkerz He has been on a three and a half week whistle-stop tour of universities around the UK spreading the word about steemit.com @starkerz is super motivated and very engaging. We had a blast all day long. It was a pleasure to meet another steemit enthusiast.
These girls were on a day trip to Cambridge. It is a beautiful city. They loved my hat!
These chaps sell punt boat trips along the River Cam. The chap on the left is the social media manager for the punt company so he was quite interested in learning about steemit and what we were blogging about.

We met so many interesting people from all over the world. Some where students and others were tourists. All were very helpful

The girl on the right below was studying archaeology. A subject that I am into so we had a full on geek fest about dig sites we have been to. So she got the cover shot. :)
This market trader told us that he was on steemit but had forgotten his username. He is a graphic designer and said he would try to get back on and look us up.
This trader was kind enough to model my hat! lol It looks better on her than on me.
This is Magnus and Maria from Stockholm two of ten teachers who were guiding 94 students around Cambridge. That my friend is dedication.
The guard was saying nothing. Conversation was a little wooden.
But @starkerz got the message through to him in the end.
This chap was interested in finding out about steemit and said he could get internet access at the library. Look forward to seeing him soon.
If you would like to know how @starkerz engages with the public he was kind enough to let me film him while he explained his method. It is very effective and the public were very receptive as the above photos show. It is good to have a positive message of possibilities.
