Lately, I have been getting questions like OMG! I don't know what to write bla bla bla. Even from newbies and people who wants to join, are afraid because they don't have the idea of what kind of blog they are going to have. The answer is not farfetched because that's what this post is going to be answering.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE DOING
Of course, you should write about what you enjoy. However, some topics do have more audience than the other on steemit. So, there's chance you can dominate some areas with your writing skills.

You'll be ahead of the game. And later on, you'll be more profitable. So, this is a good long-term strategy.
SHOULD YOU WRITE ABOUT ONE TOPIC OR WRITE ON DIFFERENT TOPICS?
Verily, you can decide whichever one you like as there are tons of topics to wirte. E.g. travel, crypto currency, arts, health, entertainment, finance, agriculture etc. Whichever style you prefer, bear in mind that they both have pros and cons.
Pros:
• when you jump around topics, you'll be able to reach larger audience
• you can easily know what works best for you
• you can relate with more people
• you may become 'vast'
Cons:
• Your followers won't be passionate about one specific subject. They will be spread over various topics
• Some people might not want to follow you because of diverse and bulky topics on your blog
• People will not know where you stand.
Note:
I am not saying one is better than the other. No. It's only a matter of choice.
CONCLUSION

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a step🚶.
You'll have to start somewhere. Don't expect your first or second post to be perfect. The more you do it, the more you know it. Also, set goals. What type of blog do you want, what type of audience, how big do you want to grow, will you reply to each and every comment, will you spend all you rewards or use some to power up, etc. With these I hope you make it big on steemit.
