So this is my first attempt at #promo-steem and #jerrybanfield who support promotion efforts. I am planning to build a club for crypto enthusiasts in Costa Rica together with @octoleaks from the @monkeycoin exchange. He is from Venezuela but lives in Costa Rica and already has rented a brand new office with a store front. We will build a cool place where we will give free Steemit seminars. This is merely a pre-proposal where I talk about the general idea. I will create the actual proposal post soon after where we ask for a specific amount after we made the calculation first.
