KYCnot.me is a growing list of crypto exchanges that require little or no KYC and are as anonymous as possible.
From the current listed exchanges I think that Xchange.me is the most anonymous, because they offer a TOR gateway on top, however, they have the worst exchange rates.
The best exchange rate in the "no concerns" category is offered by MorphToken, albeit there are not a lot of trading pairs.
