So here we are on Day 28, and the tomatoes are 4" tall and nice and healthy :)
We have been eating salad every other day from the lettuces between the tomatoes, but they are starting to compete for space some. I am thinking one more week or sooner I will pull the back two lettuce pods out and put them in the little planter with the Basil...and hopefully soon we will have 2 more Aerogardens just for lettuces, spinach, and maybe some nettle.
We also now have Scallions...
Mustard
Leaf lettuce...
and a few other things starting to sprout in the bathroom garden with the lg LED light...we will see how they do :)
