So, why would you employ anyone who's prone to suicide? Especially in a very tense place full of bloodshed and death! Seeing ppl dying can trigger suicidal thoughts.
This reminds me of the constant warning against listening to "Entertainment Stars" on any topic outside of music and movie, especially religion, social psychology, science, technology, philosophy, and politics; they are dumber than rocks.
Transgenders are a HUGE liability! Anyone still confused about their sex is not ready for the military! They can work at CNN or Huffington Post tho.
