Hace unos días compré unas frutas para mí casa, y entre ellas compré guayaba y durazno 🍑, y como me gusta mucho inventar un poco, mezclar y combinar sabores, decidí hacer un batido de estás dos frutas agregándole un poco de leche 🥛, les cuento que quedó genial, la combinación de sabores es increíble, al principio pensé en usar la fruta cruda, pero me decidí por sancocharlas juntas, y eso le dió más consistencia a la bebida 😋, preparé sólo un poco, pero le di en casa a todos para que probaran🫣 y les gustó.

A few days ago I bought some fruits for my house, and among them I bought guava and peach 🍑, and as I like to invent a little, mix and match flavors, I decided to make a smoothie of these two fruits adding a little milk 🥛, I tell you that it was great, the combination of flavors is amazing, at first I thought of using the raw fruit, but I decided to parboil them together, and that gave more consistency to the drink 😋, I prepared just a little, but I gave it at home to everyone to try😋 and they liked it.
I show you the step by step:
1 guayaba grande
2 durazno 🍑🍑
3 cucharadas de leche en polvo
3 cucharas de azúcar
1 large guava
2 peaches 🍑🍑
3 tablespoons powdered milk
3 tablespoons sugar
Después de lavar bien las frutas, las corté en trozos y lleve a cocción con un poco de agua hasta cubrirlas.
Las dejé hervir unos 5 minutos hasta que estuvieron blandas, retiré del fuego, y dejé reposar.

Llevo las frutas a la licuadora, agrego leche, azúcar y agua.

Se licúa fuerte por un par de minutos, y se pasa por un colador para retirar las semillas.
