A mi hijo le tocaba hacer una exposición sobre la ciudad de Maturín en el estado Monagas y busqué destacar sus características más importantes.
Para elaborar este proyecto escolar utilicé:
-Cartón de varios tamaños
-Papel Bond
-Foami de varios colores
-Cartulina de varios colores
-Marcadores de varios colores
-Pega blanca
-Silicón en barra
-Tijeras
-Cuter
-Imágenes referenciales
-Palito de madera.
Hello friends, thanks for visiting my blog, today I want to show you an option to help your children with their school projects, this time I share with you the tutorial to make a portfolio trend, which opens and closes like a book, it is a practical and striking option when exposing.
My son had to make an exhibition about the city of Maturin in the state of Monagas and I wanted to highlight its most important characteristics.
To elaborate this school project I used:
-Cardboard of various sizes
-Bond paper
-Foami of various colors
-Cardboard of various colors
-Markers of various colors
-White glue
-Silicone stick
-Scissors
-Cuter
-Reference images
-Wooden stick.
Lo primero que hice fue cortar el cartón que sería el centro de mi cartelera, luego corte otro del mismo tamaño y ese lo corté por la mitad y le reduje 1 cm a cada lado para que al doblarlo cerrará completo, este tamaño lo eliges tú de acuerdo a tus necesidades y el tamaño que necesites.
Después fijé con silicón todos los cartones, el central y los dos pedazos que irán cerrando. Luego, ya con mi estructura terminada, y con ayuda de mucha pega blanca, lo forré con papel Bond para trabajar encima de él y no se viera el cartón y que el trabajo quedara lo más impecable posible.
En la parte externa de la cartelera, quise recrear la bandera de Maturín, esto es lo que vemos al tener la cartelera cerrada, para ello utilicé una imagen referencial y foami, el dibujo central lo hice con marcador.
The first thing I did was to cut the cardboard that would be the center of my billboard, then I cut another one of the same size and cut it in half and reduced it by 1 cm on each side so that when folded it will close completely, you choose this size according to your needs and the size you need.
Then I fixed with silicone all the cardboards, the central one and the two pieces that will be closing. Then, with my structure finished, and with the help of a lot of white glue, I lined it with Bond paper to work on top of it so that the cardboard would not show through and the work would be as impeccable as possible.
On the outside of the billboard, I wanted to recreate the flag of Maturin, this is what we see when the billboard is closed, for this I used a reference image and foami, the central drawing was made with marker.
Teniendo la parte externa terminada, comencé a trabajar en la parte interna de este proyecto escolar, le hice un marco utilizando los colores de la bandera y recreé los elementos que quería resaltar, así que hice en miniatura la bandera de Maturín, lo más difícil fue hacer las estrellas por el tamaño.
Después, recree la imagen de Juana Ramírez "La Avanzadora" heroína independentista de nuestra ciudad, para ello utilicé una imagen referencial, la dibujé y luego saqué con ayuda de foami, marcador y me agregué elementos como la bandera de Venezuela, sujetada con un palito de madera.
Después en cartulina dibujé las parroquias del municipio Maturín y luego las remarqué con marcador negro. También en cartulina saqué el número de habitantes y con foami fijé los nombres de lo que quería resaltar.
Having the external part finished, I started working on the internal part of this school project, I made a frame using the colors of the flag and recreated the elements that I wanted to highlight, so I made a miniature of the flag of Maturin, the hardest part was to make the stars because of the size.
Then, I recreated the image of Juana Ramirez “La Avanzadora” independence heroine of our city, for this I used a reference image, I drew it and then I drew with the help of foami, marker and I added elements like the flag of Venezuela, held with a wooden stick.
Then on cardboard I drew the parishes of the municipality of Maturin and then I marked them with black marker. Also on cardboard I drew the number of inhabitants and with foami I fixed the names of what I wanted to highlight.
En papel lustrillo negro sacamos la forma de un balancín, para representar la principal actividad económica, esto lo puedes hacer con cualquier material, solo que era el que yo tenía la mano.
Con ayuda de foami coloqué la representación del clima, haciendo unas nubes y colocando la temperatura promedio anual. También con ayuda de foami elaboré la fachada de la catedral de la ciudad, me quedó muy bonita, hice cada detalle y quedó genial.
En una hoja blanca hice el escudo de la ciudad y lo pinté con colores y marcadores, luego lo recorté y pegué. Más abajo coloqué los platos típicos y para ello te apoyé en unas imágenes que tenía y foami con silicón caliente.

With the help of foami I placed the representation of the weather, making some clouds and placing the average annual temperature. Also with the help of foami I made the facade of the cathedral of the city, it was very nice, I made every detail and it looked great.
On a white sheet I made the coat of arms of the city and painted it with colors and markers, then I cut it out and glued it. Below I placed the typical plates and for this I used some images I had and foami with hot silicone.
Más abajo recorté la imagen de un parque para colocar el parque zoológico de la ciudad y finalmente le pegué un ganchito en la parte de atrás, centrado para que se pueda guindar en la pared como un cuadro. El resultado final me encantó, mi hijo llevó su proyecto escolar a la escuela, hizo su exposición y todo le salió genial.
Esta idea la puedes utilizar para ayudarte en las exposiciones y es reutilizable, solo debes cambiar los elementos, forrar nuevamente con papel Bond y colocar el tema nuevo y más resaltante de tu exposición, es una buena alternativa para las exposiciones de tus hijos.

Below I cut out the image of a park to place the city zoo and finally I glued a little hook on the back, centered so that it can be hung on the wall as a picture. I loved the end result, my son took his school project to school, made his display and everything turned out great.
You can use this idea to help you in the exhibitions and it is reusable, you only have to change the elements, line again with Bond paper and place the new and most outstanding theme of your exhibition, it is a good alternative for your children's exhibitions.
