Delicious Homemade Fried Vegan Cup Rice 🥗🍚


Hello friends of Hive and lovers of delicious spicy food with vegetables .Am here again today friends .

And in my today’s recipe I bring to share a delicious spicy rice 🍚 I prepared with lots of fried vegetables 🥗 to make it more palatable as a delicacy . This is a very healthy way we can enjoy our homemade rice especially the typical of continental and exquisite servings.

This recipe is one that is very special in my home country because it involves lots of process to bring it to the table by making sure each ingredients is available and added in at the right time and right way. Its a bit time consuming because of the time taking to prepare all the the vegetables 🥗.

In my home country, this delicious delicacy is special and has ways to prepare it as a rice dishes for occasion periods , like parties 🎉🎈or festivities because its a staple of its kind. Its also usually enjoyed with families and friends during weekends.

Lets prepare this delicious delicacy you will love ❤️.

INGREDIENTS:


300 g of per boiled rice
5 finger carrots 🥕
1 large bell pepper 🫑
Some onions stems
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon of thyme herb
1 /3 salt to taste
Chili 🌶 powder
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
30 ml of vegetable oil

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.


First thing to do here is to clean and wash the carrot 🥕, then slice and dice it into cubes.

And keep aside.

Step 2.


I will wash the onions stems and the green bell pepper 🫑, then chop and slice them. As above.

Step 3.

And here I have the veggies ready

I will wash the rice thoroughly, boil some hot water to pour into the rice 🍚 to soften it a bit by covering it for 5 minutes.

Step 5.

Next I will fry the veggies by first heating the veg oil and adding the green pepper and onions stems.


Allow to fry to tender, then added the diced carrots , stir properly to incorporate.

Step 6.


Will add the spices and incorporate them.

Step 7.


Next is to cook the rice a bit since its already tender adding little water bit by bit, covering it to cook.

Step 8.

Once the rice is cooked, I will mix it by first adding the soy sauce, then more curry and thyme.


Then add the spiced vegetable and incorporate all properly together.

Step 9.

Will serve it in a cupping style and some final garnishing.
