Hello everyone on Hive! As a gamer, I love to explore new games but as I stumbled upon Web3 gaming, it change the way of how I approach on what games should I play and from "playing for fun" to "playing for fun and an opportunity to earn" . I say an opportunity to earn because anything can happen to crypto and the blockchain games can rise and fall so it is highly advised to only invest what you are willing to lose but its not like I was expecting earning anything when I spent money on console games to before so this types of risk was something I'm willing to have and If you know my history, it was through a blockchain game that I was able to learn of Hive and was introduced to the world of blogging where I earn rewards for the content that I made.

As I continued my journey on Hive I stumbled upon a post by acidyo, announcing his new project, Holozing which is a roleplaying adventure game built on Hive. It is a game that takes inspiration from Pokemon and World of Warcraft which are games that I also used to play where we will be able to catch, train and battle monsters in the game. Battles can either be Player Vs Player (PVP) or Player Vs Environment (PVE) and have 4 unique elements that set it apart from other web3 games.
For now, the game was still in developmental stage but it they were able to follow their Roadmap, we will gonna see their Open Alpha by Q1 2024 and Open Beta by Q2 2024 and if there was no problems with it, they will have the official lunch within 2024.
The Holo Team
While, I do not know most of the team, there were 2 members that is known to me. The first one was asgarth which is one of the developers behind peak open projects such as PeakD and Peakmonsters and the person that built the Terracore Market while the founder acidyo was most known by running OCD that supports undervalued but quality post and other niche communities and the POSH project that incentivize people for sharing Hive content on social media networks. Both of this two have a long and proven experience on building hive projects and the other members were also hiveans with good reputation so we can rest assured that they will do their best to make Holozing to be a successful project.
Earning Zing Token
Source One of the things that was looked at on every blochchain game was their tokenomics and for Holozing, their main token was ZING with the maximum supply of 9 trillion tokens with 10 million Zing currently in circulation. Unlike other projects where developers would make pre-mint or private sales, the developers have decided to let everyone to have a fair chance of earning ZING Token from hive users that holds POSH token and will delegate Hive Power on @zingtoken account which can be claimed on an hourly basis. Zing Token will be automatically staked at your account and as you staked your Zing, you will also earn staking rewards. There will also be rewards that would be distributed by providing liquidity for Zing token when swapped to other types of tokens. To start Earning your Zing token, first, you must login on https://holozing.com/ hive account and approved the transaction with Hive Keychain. Go to the rewards tab and there click on the claim button and you will earn rewards based on the the amount of Zing staked in your account, delegated hive power and Posh token that you hold. The first way to earn Zing was through staking the token itself and by locking it up, you will earn rewards which by the writing of this post was at 187% APR but in order to do this, you will have to buy ZING token in the market which at this moment was very volatile since it would take 4 weeks to fully (25% per week) un-staked the token making it very volatile at this moment and that many would rather prefer for their tokens to be locked up at the moment to earn more rewards. If you were on Hive, chances are you already have some amount of hive that you get as rewards for the content that you created or by buying Hive and powering it on your account wherein we use it for our blockchain transactions such as voting, posting and commenting. By delegating HP into the Holozing account, you will also be able to earn Zing tokens by which at the writing of this post was at 302 % APR. At the same time, making post such as this might give you a chance to be upvoted by @holozing and the more HP they have, the higher and more number of post they will be able to upvote. The 3rd way of Earning ZING token was by holding POSH token, which can be earned by sharing content on Twitter and other Web2 platforms until they decided to cut off most apps from using their platform through unrealistic API cost. For now, holding POSH token gives very lucrative reward with 682% APR as of the writing of this post. This was because POSH only have 1 million supply which makes it very scarce and that it does not hold much value so less people would try to cheat the system in order to acquire them. The final way to earn Zing Token is through Liquidity Pool. By providing liquidity in the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool on Tribaldex you will earn rewards with 2302% APR as of the writing of this post and makes he most lucrative way of earning Zing at the moment. Providing liquidity helps to have less slippage when swapping Zing to SWAP.HIVE. That said, providing liquidity also comes with the risk of Impermanent Loss where the price of the investor the provides liquidity changes compared to when they were deposited. And those were the ways by which we can earn Zing tokens while its still early and earn this very lucrative rewards while we wait the game to be launched.
