Pront: "El caso del mensaje faltante"
Roberto había llegado la universidad, estaba muy contento debido a que le aprobaron los viáticos para poder realizar un trabajo de campo, en la selva del Amazonas. Por eso, en el mismo momento que recibió la respuesta, le pasó un mensaje a su grupo de estudiantes por el grupo de WhatsApp, invitándolos a una reunión.
En la reunión, Roberto le explicó a su equipo, que al viaje, irían estudiantes de biología, botánica y veterinaria. Y también les informó, que el quería que fuesen los estudiantes de su línea de investigación.
Al finalizar la reunión, los estudiantes y profesores presentes, informaron que confirmarían su participación a través del correo electrónico, y Roberto, le informó a sus estudiantes, que la respuesta y la confirmación debería ser enviada a más tardar para el día viernes, debido a que el día lunes, deberían pasar la lista para la compra de los pasajes.
El día miércoles, todo el equipo se reunió y partió al Amazonas. Cuando el equipo de investigación llegó a los 15 días, una estudiantes, les reclamó, que no le habían informado, ni dado respuesta sobre el viaje y se había ido sin avisarle. El reclamo fue muy grande, hasta el punto que el mismo se hizo formal.
Lo que provocó que Roberto fuese citado a la oficina de lVice-Rector Académico, para dar respuesta del caso del mensaje faltante en el correo. Y cuando se hizo la investigación, se comprobó que el error fue que la estudiante pasó el correo a una dirección de Gmail, cuando era para un correo de Protonmail, lo que finalmente aclaró el problema.

Roberto had arrived at the university, he was very happy because they approved his per diem to be able to do some fieldwork, in the Amazon jungle. That's why, at the very moment he received the answer, he sent a message to his group of students through the WhatsApp group, inviting them to a meeting.
At the meeting, Roberto explained to his team that biology, botany and veterinary students would be going on the trip. And he also informed them that he wanted them to be the students of his line of research.
At the end of the meeting, the students and teachers present informed that they would confirm their participation through email, and Roberto informed his students that the response and confirmation should be sent no later than Friday, because on Monday, they should pass the list for the purchase of tickets.
On Wednesday, the whole team got together and left for the Amazon. When the research team arrived 15 days later, a student complained to them that they had not informed her or given her an answer about the trip and had left without notifying her. The complaint was very big, to the point that it became formal.
Which caused Roberto to be summoned to the office of lVice-Academic Rector, to respond to the case of the missing message in the mail. And when the investigation was done, it was found that the error was that the student passed the mail to a Gmail address, when it was for a Protonmail mail, which finally clarified the problem.
