WHILE THE SUN SHINES

Hello beautiful people. It has become some sort of mantra now when you ask a person what their age is and why they aren't doing something relating to their age and they tell you; that age is just a number.

They are right, age is just a number but that information is not for YOU. Many pursuits are only worth chasing when you are young. It will be an error to try and be the strongest man in the world at age 50. It is ridiculous to go for a Miss World contest at the age of 65. It doesn't mean you cannot be strong at age 50 or beautiful at 65 but the likelihood that you will make any sense competing or contesting at such age is what we are talking about.

Yes, as with all things, there are clear exceptions to the rules that exist but it is unlikely that the exception will matter for everybody, it will be for a very limited number of people.

Let's look at some of the things that we spend our time on that do not concern us and waste away our time and youth. Social media is one of them. Many matters arising on the streets of social media do not require your participation in any way, you don't even need to read or react.

Your opinions do not matter because, at the end of the day, it will be useless to the discussion at hand and many people have their minds made up before coming to social media. If you are powerful, rich, or famous, maybe you can influence and that is just a very small fraction of people. Slowly as you spend too much time in that space, your youth will fade.

That also applies to anything you do in the real world that doesn't need you, you are wasting your time there instead of doing productive things. The collagen that once made your skin attractive to look at will begin to reduce and your beauty will no longer attract the same set of people it used to.

Your hormones will change, and things you used to be completely into will not freak you out anymore. Those changes are going to happen in a matter of time and that's why age is not a number for you.

You have to prepare for life. Those who prepared are ready for these changes as they come, they are glad to welcome them and do not shy away from what they come with, the opposite is true for those who have wasted their time and youthful energy, they become resentful or just settle for anything that comes their way.

The harsh truth is, except for a few people, the older you get the slimmer the changes for you to achieve some of the things you set out to do. Do not sleep through the most productive season of your life, it will not always be morning and the sun will not always be shining like it is now in your youth.

It's good to evaluate the fact that the system of our third-world nations will not grant you access to certain doors when you arrive too late, you must knock on those doors as many times as you can, and you have no other choice. The age factor limits you dangerously when you need it most. The best time to strike the iron is now. Now that you are young, first with all your strength.

Allow me to emphasize that age is just a number but that information is not for YOU, pay the required price now to get that kind of comfortable life you deserve when you grow older and you will see that it is definitely worth it in the end that you started early.

I am rooting for you.
