These two nutrients calcium and vitamin D are very essential both for the young and old.
I remember when I was still giving birth, both prenatal and postnatal drugs often given at health centers had these two nutrients always included.
If one must have strong bones and be able to still walk erect and stay free from joint pains, calcium and Vitamin D are a must have
If I should add to these, vitamin C especially drinking lime water also keeps joint pains away.
