Hola y saludos amigos de la comunidad soy @morales-sw y el día de hoy les comparto varias imágenes de lo que fue mi dia de entrenamiento ayer domingo, antes de empezar lo que fue mi entrenamiento tome unas bebidas energéticas de la marca Spartan para realizar freestyler y prácticar super trucos como swing 720, supra 540, front flip regrab, salida doble, son trucos que se necesitan paciencia y dedicación ya que la dificultad aumenta a los diferentes trucos que hay en este deporte, pero con esfuerzo y constancia se logra el objetivo, siempre haciendo lo más importante del entrenamiento que son los básicos que nunca pueden faltar ya que son muy fundamentales en este deporte. 🔥💪SWC
