They desire to have enough that can afford everything sold from the market, even down to the tech space, where they can buy virtually anything, and at a point of finger they can pay for a Lamborghini. Inability to afford this much luxury makes them uneasy. Hence, we have seen a lot of people around whom we thought they were meant to be comfortable with what they have still lamenting that they do not have enough.
How can a man with half a billion worth of assets in dollars, having multiple investments and other passive income investments, still be working so hard to earn more and equally nursing the feeling of not having enough? Comfort is a thing of the mind and differs from person to person. A state and level you deem comfortable for you is the starting point for another.
Some basic requirements for a comfortable lifestyle
- A comfortable shelter
I have said it repeatedly that I do not need/desire much to live a comfortable life. That dream of owning a comfortable home has always been a priority, and even with the current economic state, a $20-$30k person can still be able to afford a home with the basic needs required to make it comfortable. I was taught that when you have a permanent roof over your head, half your problems are solved. There will be no need for the constant fear to renew rent as a tenant, and some of the needs that plunge us into debt and lack are taking away. We all understand the challenges that come with being homeless and the inability to renew rent that has rendered many homeless.
- Guaranteed Passive Investment
Having a guaranteed source/inflow of finance is a sure way to escape needs and discomfort. When this is large enough to meet up with the highest-grade emergency needs we can ever imagine, it becomes a multiplied blessing. Emergencies are one of the misfortunes that can crash resources and footings at anytime. While you think that you have enough, an emergency can clear up your bag of stored treasures if drastic preventive measures are not in place.
I desire to have a passive income stream that is durable and productive. Multiple investments in a few thousand dollars into as many sectors as possible. When properly a thousand dollars can grow into millions of dollars that will be useful for me over a long period.
All other categories of needs can be resolved when we have a working business and passive income flow; looking at these, I don't think that I have asked for too much or desired to rob a bank before I can live comfortably.

For a good while now I haven't been able to participate in the #lpud activities for many silly reasons, but every now and then I continue to notice the new developments in the Leo spaces that are enticing, and anyone will have himself to blame for lagging behind when this development explodes in the near future.
