Para esta semana les traigo un tema titulado "Por Salud Mental" de la cantante y autora mexicana Yuridia, muchos se preguntaran por que escogí esta canción, pues la para mi tiene una relación con la temática, ya que se trata de amor propio y en nuestra actualidad vemos en ciertos casos se a perdido, no se por cual razón, pero toda persona que se encuentre en una situación no agradable para ella y perturbe su tranquilidad y paz, se debe culminar y/o cerrar el ciclo y continuar el camino hacia el éxito con la mayor tranquilidad, paz, serenidad, honestidad y sobretodo amor a la meta o propósito que se quiere llegar y con una salud tanto física como mental sana.
