We have been hearing lately that the upcoming upgrade in rank battles will include 3 rule sets matches. To me having two was difficult enough but now three it can be good and bad depending on what the rules are.
In addition to the rule sets upgrade there have been additional rule sets that were introduced not too long ago that I have not seen a lot of discussions on. The latest rule sets are Aimless and Ferocity. In addition over the past few months there have been steadily increases of rule sets. In total there are currently a staggering 40 different rule sets.
Reference Leo Finance's Leo Glossary for list of Rule Sets
If there are three rule sets to play per match and 40 rule sets to be randomly chosen there is a potential of 9,880 different combinations that can be selected. This makes no two matches really alike as there are more combinations of rule sets.
The slight positive on rule sets is that playing at lower leagues will not incur us of having to deal with three rule sets, at least that is my hope once the full update rolls out.
Currently playing in bronze and lower there are no rule sets. While in silver there is one rule set and in gold two rule sets. I have not played in diamond or higher in months but would assume with this type of pattern that three rule sets will come into play more likely in diamond/champion leagues. Best of luck to the top players, LOL.
Until next time thanks for reading!!!
