Hoy quiero compartirles una nueva creación la cual se me ocurrió el día de ayer para mi madre un regalo atrasado del 14 de febrero mejor dicho aunque ya ha pasado el día de San Valentín el mes entero es para celebrar el amor y la amistad pero no sólo el amor en pareja sino el amor de familia el cual es el más importante en mi caso como no pude regalarle nada a mi madre el día de San Valentín porque no contaba con presupuesto decido elaborarle un hermoso regalo con materiales simple que tenía en casa pero que representará todo lo que siento por ella y lo agradecida que estoy día a día por tenerla a mi lado.
Today I want to share a new creation which I came up with yesterday for my mother, a belated gift from February 14, rather, although Valentine's Day has already passed, the whole month is to celebrate love and friendship but not only love as a couple but also family love, which is the most important in my case, since I couldn't give my mother anything on Valentine's Day, because I didn't have a budget, I decided to make her a beautiful gift with simple materials that I had at home. but that it will represent everything I feel for her and how grateful I am every day to have her by my side.
Asique pensé en la clásica idea de un oso o rosas pero era demasiado cliché y recordé que ella adora los conejos asique pensé en hacer uno de sus animales favoritos a manera de regalo que ella pudiera apreciar cada día pidiera colocarlo en su oficina o su cuarto me costó bastante a decir verdad elaborarlo ya que esta arcilla en particular es bastante difícil de manejar y rustica pero es viable para hacer detalles pequeños y bonitos tales como el que estoy por presentarles y espero les guste.
So I thought of the classic idea of a bear or roses but it was too cliché and I remembered that she loves rabbits, so I thought of making one of her favorite animals as a gift that she would appreciate every day and ask to place it in her office or her room. To tell the truth, it took me quite a while to make it since this particular clay is quite difficult to handle and rustic, but it is viable to make small and beautiful details such as the one I am about to present to you and I hope you like it.
A continuación les mostrare los materiales que emplee y los pasos a seguir para su elaboración.

Materiales.
- Un cartón de huevos
- Tijeras
- Silicona
- Pegamento blanco
- Cartón
- Un lápiz
- Papel de regalo (del color que prefieran)
- Pinturas.
Materials.
- A carton of eggs
- Scissors
- silicone
- White glue
- Cardboard
- A pencil
- Gift paper (the color you prefer)
- Paintings.
Elaboracion.
Elaboration.
Paso 1
Tome el cartón de huevos y lo corte en trozos luego coloque en una olla una taza de agua y la dejé que hirviera.
Take the egg carton and cut it into pieces then put a cup of water in a pot and let it boil.
Después de que hirviera tome el agua la vertí en un recipiente y eche el cartón de huevos ya cortado en trozos deje remojando por una hora y procedí desmenuzar con un tenedor.
After it boiled, I took the water, poured it into a container and put the egg carton already cut into pieces, let it soak for an hour and proceeded to shred it with a fork.
Paso 2
Cuando obtuvo una consistencia medio líquida escurrir un poco la masa y procedí a echar el pegamento y un poco de maizena para que se suavizara.
When it got a semi-liquid consistency, drain the dough a little and proceeded to add the glue and a little cornstarch to soften it.
Amase hasta que obtuvo una consistencia elástica y suave deje reposar unos 4 min.
Knead until you get a smooth and elastic consistency, let it rest for about 4 min.
Paso 3
Para luego empezar crear las partes de mi conejo primero hice su dorso con una bola que aplaste un poco y luego su cabeza tomando menos cantidad de masa y armando una esfera.
To then start creating the parts of my rabbit, first I made its back with a ball that I flattened a bit and then its head, taking less amount of mass and forming a sphere.
Aparte hice los brazos tomando dos porciones pequeña estirando y aplastando un poco el la punta imite el mismo proceso con las patas traseras y con lo que sobró hice la nariz, oreja y un pequeño y bonito corazón lo deje secar toda una noche.
Besides, I made the arms taking two small portions, stretching and squashing the tip a little. I imitated the same process with the hind legs and with what was left over I made the nose, ear and a small and pretty heart. I let it dry overnight.
Paso 4
Después de hacer esto me dispuse a armar el oso pegando cada parte con Silicona para pintarlo de un rosa chicle y hacerle los detalles faltantes.
After doing this I started to assemble the bear, gluing each part with Silicone to paint it a bubblegum pink and make the missing details.
Una vez hecho esto tome el pedazo de cartón pinte y corte un círculo el el cual luego forre con el papel de regalo y pegue el conejo a la base.
Once this is done, take the piece of cardboard, paint and cut a circle which you then cover with the wrapping paper and glue the rabbit to the base.
¡¡Y LISTO!! Tenemos un adorable conejito hecho de arcilla reciclable que aunque no quedó perfecto disfrute mucho haciéndolo y a mi madre le encantó en su opinión fue un regalo adorable y bastante significativo aunque fue fuera de la fecha y algo tardío ella aprecio el gesto y eso es lo que cuenta espero les haya gustado esta sencilla pero hermosa artesanía.

We have an adorable bunny made of recyclable clay that, although it was not perfect, I enjoyed making it a lot and my mother loved it in her opinion it was an adorable and quite meaningful gift although it was out of date and somewhat late she appreciated the gesture and that is what I hope you liked this simple but beautiful craft.
