Hola, buenas tardes un saludo amigos de Amazing Drinks. Hoy les traigo una alternativa saludable que nos atenúa el calor. Es esta mezcla, poco común, pero refrescante, un jugo delicioso, que se combina con la vitamina A, vitamina C y el hierro, además de otros componentes favorables para mantener nuestro cuerpo bien húmedo y en máximas condiciones.

As we can notice, the temperature in our city is higher every day, and the days become very hot, it seems like a never ending summer. We have to take care of our body, hydrating it, every time we are thirsty. Today I spent a whole day on the street, doing various activities and under an inclement sun, I came home very anxious and wanted something to quench my thirst. I improvised this juice and it turned out very refreshing.
Como podemos notar, la temperatura en nuestra ciudad es cada día más alta, y los días se tornan muy calurosos, parece un verano de nunca acabar. Tenemos que cuidar nuestro cuerpo, tratándolo, cada vez que estemos sedientos. Hoy pasé todo un día en la calle, haciendo diversas actividades y bajo un inclemente sol, llegué a casa muy ansiosa y quería algo que saciara mi sed. Improvise este jugo y resultó muy refrescante.
Ingredients:
½ carrot
50 g spinach
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1 ½ cups of water
