Potentially a prototype based upon two “Tina’ scooters.
No details are available and very few photo’s to be found, so its safe to say that these were ‘fakes’ but before the likes of digital software, social media, these photos will have only appeared in magazines, so the vehicles were actually created, although may not have been fully functional?
