[Fan Art] Goth Chirpily πŸ–€

Holo, holo! πŸ–€

Hey, friends! 😊

In this art, I try to incorporate Chirpily in a human form. I focused on the attributes of the hair, especially the colors and the minute details of the creature.

Art Process

Since Chirpily is colorful enough, I opted for the color to be black. I began searching for a nice pose and inspo on Pinterest and found a fitting art. I then incorporated my ideas and sketched them away. On another layer, I used a pencil textured brush with the lineart.

On different layers, I fill in the space with the base colors color-picked from Chirpily. I chose an orange eye color with hints of yellow to complement the hair. Next, I began rendering using another layer clipped in multiple modes. The lace pattern was a paid brush bought in the asset store.

Here, I was assuming the light source is on the right side, and so, I applied some dark shade on the opposite side. I also lighten up the face and on the bust part to show highlights. Adding some shade of pink and orange made the skin glow a bit.

Final Art

Since I bought a lot from the asset store, I experimented with some brushes for this art. I used a shadow cast brush in glow mode applied to the background and into the face. I think it turned out interesting, and I am happy with my work! Slightly using airbrush glow to add pink and purple glow, and taaadaaa~ Finished art. 😁
