Yongi at the Mini Park

We left DD for the city early morning on Tuesday for my licensing appointment. Yongi as the hubby now endearingly calls him traveled with us. We don't have a sitter; besides, it is more fun with him. He was mostly asleep along the way and was up and energetic when we arrived in LTB. We had to have the car cleaned and washed because it got muddy due to a massive landslide along the highway.

From the carwash, we drove straight to the pay parking spaces of the Cathedral in the city. My errand was to be accomplished at the LTO satellite office in the Porta Vaga Mall adjacent to the church. We were to have lunch at the same mall but Yongi was not allowed entry so we went to another place. After the meal, we stopped by the mini park along the post office loop just across the church.

The weather was nice so they stayed, enjoyed the sunshine, and had some playtime. I, on the other hand, proceeded to my appointment.

While there, they did some fun pictorials. These sculptures (lamps) were creatively designed like people sitting and doing their thing in the park.

The park is like a little haven just above the busy Session Road. A few souls were there, having their own space and taking their time. One can get a glimpse of the Super Mall from there.

Of course, the little guy couldn't be out of the picture. He and his tongue are the stars of the show, lol!

My errand was completed around half past 1 pm so I joined them for a while and then took the short walk to the Cathedral grounds.

The hubby went to the Korean mart soon after while the lil guy and I proceeded to the car. We left the place just before the rain fell. The trip back home was quite a journey and we arrived late last night (more about it next time).

Meanwhile, it's a sunny Wednesday here in DD so yay! Have a great one wherever you are!
