I recently had this experience which many of you can relate if you live in asia. I know brain drain is kind of controversial and also in the grey area of life.
Some of the time leaving our own land is justified whereas some of the other time staying is reasonable. But there are times when everything is right and you choose to betray and create hate.
There is a some level of superiority complex. Some people also have this looking down on the native people with complex. And they think only people in US and west are superior. For those who live in the Asia, they must have experienced this.

When is Brain Drain reasonable?
Imagine the time when you are stuck between the village mindset people. And you don't like the stagnant life that is around. And the way people live the slow life it kind of gets you. It often is kind of torture with the orthodox people where you would be in pain to deal with the mentality of people.
In such case the brain drain is reasonable. And you have to understand that it can get a bit difficult for you to live such life.
Few things you would learn with an experience around with life. That some things are perfect the way they are and life can show you a lot of different things with time.
- Staying in your own country does not make you failure.
- Staying in west does not make you superior.
- Staying in misery, makes you miserable.
- Staying with wrong people make you miserable and failure.
Brain drain is not avoidable. You will feel the issue with the people leaving the nation, you, family and there is nothing you can do about it. People choose to do that once they get enough power in the wings. And that helps them make some lifestyle choices.
Some people who leave the homeland will hate back homeland and deny being ever lived there. They have that problem and we can't fix them. We have to see that they made a choice and they have to live with that new choice.
Each to their own in the life. You have to learn to accept each others choices and boundaries.
