This fly likes to bite horses and suck their blood. When humans are attacked by this fly, we will feel pain due to its bite which causes extreme pain.
Horse flies usually look for food during the day. Their food is the blood of mammals. Therefore you should be careful when in the park. You should always wear closed clothes so you don't become a target for horse fly attacks.
The hallmark of the horse fly is to have a large body size and have large eyes.
