Anyone who owns succulents will probably have noticed that they change the color from time to time and this phenomenon is particularly well expressed in this type of plant and people do not always have to worry that it is something negative. There are more causes for this change in color and if someone properly care for succulents and ensure optimal conditions, the color is usually particularly intense, but this phenomenon does not always have to do something with with the care and even perfectly healthy plants change the color and the spectrum is wide and succulents can take on pretty much all kinds of colors. One of the greatest influencing factors is the location as well as the light intensity which is present there and at a location in full sun, it is normal that the color changes and thus can become colorful and if someone then put the plants back in a darker place, the color returns to the normal state and they become green again. On hot days, the colors are particularly intense and this must always be considered individually because it also depends on the species as well as environmental factors such as a change in temperature which can have an influence on it and if it is too cold or is dry over a longer period of time, it also comes to this. Due to strong climate change or errors in care, the plants are under stress and this is also noticeable in a changed color and you can see this especially when watering and if people give too much or too little water, the color also changes and in this case, this can also be an indicator of incorrect care. The right water is of great importance and if you give succulents too much water there are problems such as root rot and also too little watering can harm the plant and so it is perfect not to exaggerate with watering and to ensure a moderate water supply. If you want to change the color of your plant, it is best to place it in direct sunlight, change the ambient temperature or adjust the watering behaviour and you will notice that the color changes after some time and this is an interesting phenomenon which can be seen with many plants and with succulents it comes into its own particularly well.
