We have all wished to be the Mr president of our country in one way or the other, being a president was one of my childhood wish. Here are three things i will do for the country if i am president for one day.
The Giant of Africa, Nigeria is known to be a country with abundant resources. We are blessed in every way. But our problem is corrupt leaders. If i am president for one day ... I will:
1. Enforce the construction of a standard Refinery in the country
Nigerian's major export product is oil. Imagine getting crude oil from Nigeria, send it outside the country for them to refine it and then buy it back from them.
This activity alone is taking down the countries economy by 27% every year. So inorder to raise the countries economy, building a refinery in Nigeria is the brain behind it.
This is because, we will get the crude oil, refine it here in Nigeria and then sell the finished product. This is way cheaper and it will definitely stop the increase of dollar.
With that, citizens of Nigeria will enjoy a stable and better Nigerian economy.
2. Creating a stable and better education
By birth l, Nigerians are intelligent people. Even the dummies and hoodlums will trick you in the market just to get your money. We are very smart people.
If we are this smart, why will the education sector be poor?
I went to one of the best polytechnics in Nigeria with high hopes of learning something new in the computer science department only to be hearing "what is computer, generations of computer, types of computer" for crying out loud this is higher institution and you are teaching me what i learnt in nursery and high school hello!!
I was mad. But my friend will always say " This is Nigeria"
I will make sure the education sector of the country meets expected standards. This will also benefit the country, because it will attract foreigners to study in the country. Where there are foreigners, there will definitely be foreign investors who are ready to invest in the countries economy.

3. Alleviate or totally annihilate corruption
The only impediment bedeviling the growth and development of Nigeria is corruption. Its a major problem that has to be stopped. To stop corruption, i will remove all politicians with criminal records from seat. Enforce an anti corruption squad, and place a deadly punishment for any body caught in such act. I will also enforce a "save me from corruption" help service, where people who are being threatened by corrupt people will call to get help.
With these three things alone, Nigeria will be not just be (self acclaimed) Giant of Africa,(angry citizens call it) but a true Giant of Africa.
