Tengo Un Plan

A podcast that interviews the most recognized entrepreneurs of the moment, experts in the most varied spheres, all from the perspective of personal growth.

That, you can find it in the Tengo un Plan podcast.

Disclaimer: The podcast is in Spanish, but you can find the translations to English on YouTube.

Tengo Un Plan

It is a podcast where 2 Spanish friends interview experts in different areas. These two friends are two young people from Zaragoza (Spain) who are just regular people.

Sergio has the experience of his YouTube channel, with which he became one of the main creators in Spain. His success came as a result of documenting the experiment of living a month in Mexico, starting with only 1 dollar.

The other is Juan, a guy who could well be you or me. Juan says that before starting the podcast, he had tried everything to make money online, from drop-shipping to affiliate marketing, and in some he had some success, in others he simply gained experience.

They are two young friends from any modern city, seeking knowledge and personal growth.

So what makes them so special?

The interviewees are people who are invoicing, creating and growing both in the digital and physical world.

In one episode, you can have a multimillionaire who went from being a normal person to invoicing millions, and in another you can have a nutritional expert who explains very complicated things in a simple way. At first, they only interviewed entrepreneurs from Spain, but they have grown so much that they have interviewed experts in other areas in Colombia and Miami.

Imagine having the honor of being interviewed by these two guys, your audience would skyrocket.

These guys, through their questions, manage to make the guest feel comfortable, keep the listeners listening to the episode, and have generated a phenomenon in the Hispanic world. There are many podcasts, but Tengo Un Plan is one of the kings of the best.

I started listening to the podcast from the first episode. I followed Sergio's YouTube channel, where he promoted this new project. From the first podcast, I really liked the vibe these guys transmit. They understand that the interviewee is the expert and they squeeze them to the max to get the knowledge and take what can be useful to them and their audience.

After a year, their episodes have a lot of valuable content. When I feel lacking in ideas or motivation, I start listening to one of their episodes.

In my case, I live in a country where entrepreneurs are those who buy cheap in another country and sell expensive in mine (nothing wrong with this, but there is not much to learn from there), there are very few creating and growing businesses. There is not much to learn from there.

So I am grateful to be able to get to know, through the audios (and the videos on YouTube) of real entrepreneurs, who in many cases have emerged from nothing.

This podcast has helped me change my mindset from a city kid to a young person who likes to undertake to secure his future and that of his family.

Listening to this podcast gave rise to Estilo Viajero and I have been able to help my friends in their entrepreneurial efforts.

Of course, every time someone asks me for a recommendation, I recommend Tengo Un Plan. -More than one has thanked me for it-

In Spanish, there are not many podcasts like this that provide so much value for free. If there is one in English that is similar to this one, leave it in the comments, and I'll add it to my list.

This is my hidden gem, if you give it a chance, let me know in the comments what you thought.

If podcasts are your thing, I recommend you read this article I wrote some time ago for another #weekend-engagement
